Views range northwards far over the surrounding hills and towards the Aegean Sea, and southwards to the Ida mountains.
The holiday villa includes three bedrooms, a spacious living room with an attached open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a bath tub, and a shower bathroom.

Gardens and several terraces frame the house, and on the seawards front there is a private swimming pool of 32 sqm size. A part of the roof also serves as a sun terrace.

Roumeli
is a tiny village near to the north coast of  Crete, 2 kms south of the fishing village of Panormo, and 23 kms east of Rethymnon.
7 kms further to the south there is the small town of Perama where shops of many kind are open all-year.
Near Panormo, the New National Road from Rethymnon to Iraklion (65 kms) runs along the coast.
